TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
- Purpose and
situation
Our buildings are detached, single-storey constructions with usable
lofts. They are constructed on plots were the ground water level is
below the foundations.
- Foundations
The foundations are situated below ground level. The continuous footing
is made of B20 concrete reinforced with steel rods (A-0, O12). The foundation
walls are made of concrete blocks laid with a flat joint of cement mortar.
- Outdoor walls
Wooden frame walls made of K 27 wood fitted with a ground beam to the
continuous footing. Construction pillars ever 60 cm and 4x12cm wooden
girts: lower, upper and top plates. The outdoor walls are made of 19
mm-thick elevation boards, 100 mm-thick mineral wool + void, additional
insulation of 0.2 mm -thick PE film and panels.
- Roof and ceiling
Trusses fixed to girts; roofing sheet; ceiling insulated with 2x60 mm
mineral wool, covered with plaster-cardboard.
- Indoor walls
Double-sided plaster cardboard on a steel or wooden grid.
- Doors and windows
Wooden doors and windows; double-glazing heat penetration ratio:
U=1.1 W/m2xK. Optionally: wooden shutters on all the windows.
- Gutters and
drainpipes
PVC; optionally: chains instead of drainpipes.
- Indoor stairs
80 cm-wide, single-curve, open pine stairs.
